"Grey Dawn" is the tenth episode in the seventh season and the 106th overall episode of the animated television series South Park. It originally aired on Comedy Central in the United States on November 5, 2003. This episode tackles the issue of elderly drivers, and mocks the AARP for their staunch opposition to re-testing elderly drivers, claiming the proposal as age discrimination.

Grey Dawn is the second studio album by Swedish death-doom band October Tide. This is the only October Tide release with Mårten Hansen in the band, and the last with Jonas Renkse. The album was released on 23 November 1999.

Dawn is the time that marks the beginning of twilight before sunrise. It is recognized by the appearance of indirect daylight being scattered in Earth's atmosphere, when the centre of the Sun's disc has reached 18° below the observer's horizon. This morning twilight period will last until sunrise, when direct daylight outshines the diffused light.
