Abdominal hair

Abdominal hair is the hair that grows on the abdomen of humans and non-human mammals, in the region between the pubic area and the thorax (chest). The growth of abdominal hair follows the same pattern on nearly all mammals, vertically from the pubic area upwards and from the thorax downwards to the navel. The abdominal hair of non-human mammals is part of the pelage.

Snail slime

Snail slime is a kind of mucus produced by snails, which are gastropod mollusks. Land snails and slugs both produce mucus, as does every other kind of gastropod, from marine, freshwater, and terrestrial habitats. The reproductive system of gastropods also produces mucus internally from special glands.

Snail

A snail is a shelled gastropod. The name is most often applied to land snails, terrestrial pulmonate gastropod molluscs. However, the common name snail is also used for most of the members of the molluscan class Gastropoda that have a coiled shell that is large enough for the animal to retract completely into. When the word "snail" is used in this most general sense, it includes not just land snails but also numerous species of sea snails and freshwater snails. Gastropods that naturally lack a shell, or have only an internal shell, are mostly called slugs, and land snails that have only a very small shell are sometimes called semi-slugs.

Trail

A trail, also known as a path or track, is a dirt road or a small paved road, usually through an undeveloped natural area, that is designed primarily for use by pedestrians, equestrians and non-motorized vehicles, although occasionally some off-roading motor vehicles may also use it. In the United Kingdom and Ireland, footpath or hiking trail is the preferred term. However, it is sometimes applied to highways in North America. In the United States, the term was historically used to describe the westward expansion trails, which are land routes into or through wildness regions of the American West used by explorers and migrants.
