Sweet Tooth (Twisted Metal)

Marcus "Needles" Kane—commonly known as Sweet Tooth—is a fictional character from the Twisted Metal video game series. Sweet Tooth is designed around the premise of a killer clown who drives a combat ice cream truck, and his face has been featured on the cover of every Twisted Metal game, making him the series' mascot. The name "Sweet tooth" was originally used as the name of the ice cream truck, but would also be used as a pseudonym for Needles starting with the second game. He is one of only a few characters in the series to drive more than one vehicle: driving "Dark Tooth", "Tower Tooth", and "Gold Tooth" in Twisted Metal: Head-On and its expanded PlayStation 2 port.

Sweet Tooth (TV series)

Sweet Tooth is an American fantasy drama television series developed by Jim Mickle. It is based on the comic book series created by Jeff Lemire and published by DC Comics' Vertigo imprint. The series premiered on Netflix in June 2021, with a second season released in April 2023, and a third and final season announced the following month. The third season premiered on June 6, 2024.

Sweetness

Sweetness is a basic taste most commonly perceived when eating foods rich in sugar. Sweet tastes are generally regarded as pleasurable. In addition to sugars like sucrose, many other chemical compounds are sweet, including aldehydes, ketones, and sugar alcohols. Some are sweet at very low concentrations, allowing their use as non-caloric sugar substitutes. Such non-sugar sweeteners include saccharin, aspartame, sucralose and stevia. Other compounds, such as miraculin, may alter perception of sweetness itself.
